i need little help.... i have one orange pi plus2e and try make wireless access point...

OS: armbian 5.23

Net connection: PPPOE 200/100Mbit (username/password)

 

i read several topik about in this theme. try many settings... ap option not work

 

my plan:

I would like to do wifi access point with NAT,Firewall,DoS protection,UPnP,PortForward,IP/MAC filter function...automatic reconnection,WPA2 wifi protection

 

i very amateure in this theme.

 

I really prefer it if I did OpenWRT,But reading support.not available.

[NTP Sync issue]

hy, please help... i cant set up automatic time and date sync via ntp.

date is ok, time set GMT in all time, not apply my custom timezone GMT+2...

i power on board, set time, is good. i power off board. today good, tomorrow not.

tomorrow set again timezone GMT+2

system use UTC, and i cant change it!

i try this metod to fix my local time:

"cp /usr/share/zoneinfo/Etc/GMT-2 /etc/localtime"

this work to reboot, after reboot restore GMT timezone...

 

I try NTP time sync... ubuntu ntp server not working, and change to for europe.pool.ntp.org Europe NTP Server.

Problem with NTP sync is not sync at boot. I try many metod, all woring to reboot...after reboot again set...

 

I not write my RTC problem.... 1970.01.01....this funny... missing RTC battery on all board

dowloading language files,finish added to list, i tap apply wide-system

change effect after next login..okay

i try logout and re login, system don't change language

firewall block opened port...

internet and os update working...torrent not working....

transmission dowload torrent,can't upload...qbitorrent can't dowload,report status: jammed... 

 

i open all port(1-65536 tcp/udp) on my router,  transmission say all port in test, tested port is closed...

 

my router upnp status write torrent app opened port status...

 

i try nat setting, portforward setting,porttrigger setting... torrent apps not working...

 

idea?

No no no... I edit settings.json and save, nano saving modified settings, transmission app not read and/or write this settings, only using default value...the app can't access and read settings files...

Sd card is not bad. Qbittorrent work fine,saving settings and dont delete download list after restart...99% transmission is bad build...

Hy all!

I have ona big problem. I use armbian 5.24(ubuntu 16.04.2 lts) on pi pc, install transmission torrent from terminal line( sudo apt-get install transmission*), install success, run transmission, set up(download dir,port etc), working fine. Restart app, and "oh-oh" transmission not saved modified settings and lose downloaded torrent file, download list is empty, all settings back to default... I read many guide fix this problem. Not working permission change, not work group change, not work reinstall, not work daemon manual settings, apps not read/save config file... Idea?
