  1. edit: I've added the USB id to the driver, and it finds it, but doesn't seem to treat it like wifi. nmtui can't see it at all.
  2. I see multiple projects on GitHub for getting RTL8812AU devices working on Armbian. Right now, I'm working with a NanoPi M1 while I wait for a rock64 to arrive in the mail. I can get a driver to build, make and make install, but I cannot get the device recognized. The last project I tried was this: https://github.com/diederikdehaas/rtl8812AU
  3. We need it to act as a NAS, holding more than just media. Honestly, the media player being built in was just a nice bonus.
  4. The problem with using Xenial is I can't get Openmediavault running on it, but Debian works fine. I want OMV on this at the same time as playback support.
  5. armbianmonitor -u output please, and http://ix.io/1duY libgles2 does not install either. It says it can't overwrite the version from libmali.
  6. I'm trying to set up an HTPC. My plan is for it to act as an NAS with Openmediavault, host media with Plex media server, play some old games and play video and audio with Kodi. I'm just not able to get it to do anything graphically intensive unless I use something someone else already configured. I can't even get the Kodi interface moving fluidly. I have found the guides here and on on the rockmyy github page and I'm just not getting it.
  7. I've followed the instructions below and cannot get past the "couldn't find avaliable UDC" error. help? https://vjordan.info/log/fpga/nanopi-neo-usb-otg-with-armbian-mainline-4x-kernel.html
  8. no luck. Its not using the driver. Its still on llvmpipe
  9. I cannot get this to work. I see here others have managed it, and from lakka I can see it works, but when I try to run glmark2-es2-drm, I get "failed to find suitable DRM device, could not initialize canvas, segmentation fault.
  10. I am trying to get my nanopi m1 to show up as an ethernet device and I can't make it work in mainline or legacy. Since I'm aiming for mainline anyway, could someone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?
  11. I have a raspberry pi camera attached to the tinkerboard. Unfortunately, I have no idea how to use it. Help?
  12. I'm having the same issue with my nanopi M1 on mainline. Everything fires up just fine after doing a fresh build, but no matter what I try, the MAC address changes every time it boots. Did you find a solution?
