Banan PI R1/Lamobo R1 DTS difference

Can someone explain which dtb/dts I should use for R1?
 
With sun7i-a20-lamobo-r1.dtb kernels 4.4.1/4.4.4 disable SATA power when boot and sata subsystem fills log with errors:
