Does Nanopi Neo4 ethernet is bad or is it just me got faulty hardware?

I use Neo4 for media streaming using plex or minidlna. At first I don't know the problem but the movies played from it is lagging. My previous banana pi is better than this.

I thought it is because of heating problem and normal for about an hour after shutdown for several hours. I also thought that may be it is my usb 3.0 hardrive adapter or maybe unstable minidlna.

iperf result look normal with speed around 950mbps. This internal wifi is not detected but not a problem because I will not using it.

I already tried using FriendlyCore, armbian ubuntu and then armbian debian. After using armbian debian, it starting to show its problem when the other os variant does not show it.

After using usb tp-link N150, my movies is not lagging anymore even if it is not in gigabit speed.

Is it really bad ethernet, bad driver, or just my faulty hardware before I tried last resort buying external usb ethernet adapter.
