Fky Lo Posted May 5, 2016 Posted May 5, 2016 Hi Friends, I am trying to check mDNS and xmDNS services in our companies product. As part of that i am discovering the services of xmDNS using Avahi-discover. If i am announcing the service with domain ".local" (Link-local Multicast ) Avahi-discover is able to discover and querying the services. But if i am try to announce the service with domain ".site" (Site local multicast). Avahi-discover is not able to discover the services and not querying the services. Can somebody give me some advice to solve this problem. Many thanks.
