Hey there,

has someone got bluetooth working on his Banana Pi M2 Berry?

I looked up that the bluetooth chip (ap6212) is connected via UART3,

so I changed the "ttyS1" to "ttyS3" in /etc/default/ap6212,

but the service 'ap6212' crashes with several input/output errors.

While reading about similar problems with different boards I discovered that the ttyS3 / UART3 is not enabled on my device,

at least "dmesg | grep ttyS3" does not find anything, while "dmesg | grep ttyS0" and "dmesg | grep ttyS1" does show that these devices are enabled.

There adding the lines "overlays=uart3" / "param_uart3_rtscts=1" helped them, but these lines does not change anything on my device after a reboot.

I also tried to just enable the default bluetooth service, which can start but does not find any bluetooth devices.

Btw. I am using Debian Stretch Armbian with Kernel "5.3.9-sunxi".

Thanks for helping,

zocker
