installation failure xfce4-timer-plugin

Hi,

as a newbie in this forum, I see a lot about HW, but almost nothing about OS Versions? Puzzled, where to place, I try to do this here:

 

After installing Debian Buster & XFCE on an OPI-Zero, I'm getting frquently installation errors. Its always
