SWAP usage then kernel crash

My problem system crash when physical memory(actualy mem chache) is full.

 

I think when mem cache is full system try to use swap.Then kernel crash.

 

I fix this problem with crontab job

* * * * * sync; echo 1 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches

Cleary every minute cache memory

 

System keep running look like every things fine.But this is a very bad solution.

 

How can i solve this issiuse?
