GPS time synchronisation issue

I can't synchronize the clock using my GPS module. I get this error message:

 

ntpd[1345]: kernel reports TIME_ERROR: 0x41: Clock Unsynchronized

 

It only appears when I use my GPS source. When connecting to NTP servers, everything is okay.

I tested it with older kernels, and it works, but I have then other issues. Any help are welcome.
