OrangePi Prime - bootloop at stock voltage, works fine at 1.3v

It seems my OrangePi Prime was loosing stability over the years. It was working fine initially, then it was hanging up from time to time - and now it no longer can boot on stock armbian settings.

It bootloops on "Starting kernel ..." in serial console.

But when I set voltage to 1.3v in armbianEnv.txt - it booted ok. So it seems to be a hardware issue.

Does anyone know if there is CPU VDD test point somewhere, or which regulator is responsible for CPU voltage?
