Odroid C2 / hci0 Down / Bluetooth CSR 4.0

Hello,

I have an Odroid C2 with Armbian 21.02.2 Buster with Linux 5.10.16-meson64

I use a bluetooth usb key (CSR 4.0) but hci0 is down and I can't get it up.
