fe1.1s 2.0 USB hub chip (homemade hub) connected to Orange Pi Zero is not recognized. (Not showing up in lsusb).

 I made a custom mini usb hub for the orange pi zero. I used the fe1.1s chip to do so. But for some reason iam getting the following error when running dmesg. And is also not recognized when running lsusb 

 

I have added both a pic of the error and a schematic of my custom pcb.
