Orange Pi PC 2 (H5) - 1920x1080p opengl low FPS

Steps:

 - Installed "Focal xfce desktop" Orange Pi PC 2 image

 - Installed mesa-utils

 - Set display resolution 1920x1080 60hz

 - Run glxgears

Actual behaviour:

 - running at 30fps

Expected behaviour:

 - running at 60fps or higher
