ISP1 on Orange Pi 4

I am using Armbian 21.05.1 running the legacy kernel as I wish to use the ISP camera support from the RK3399 media framework. After porting the devicetree for my camera, all drivers are working except for the actual ISP1 driver, which seems to not be built into the kernel:

grep ROCKCHIP_ISP1 /boot/config-4.4.213-rk3399
# CONFIG_VIDEO_ROCKCHIP_ISP1 is not set

Looking through the kernel config for this family (linux-rockchip64-legacy.config), CONFIG_VIDEO_ROCKCHIP_ISP1 is set, and this appears to be the case in the sources installed from armbian-config. I am rather new to Armbian so I'm not quite sure what's the issue here. Would be much appreciated if someone could point me to an existing image with the ISP built in!
