Installing this on a Odroid-HC1, can't do a dist-upgrade from this package Armbian 22.02 Bullseye.

I've just had the same problem with this release: Armbian_22.02.1_Odroidxu4_bullseye_current_5.4.181.img 

 

I solved it, this way:

I tried different solutions that I found from other releases, but it worked when I entered to armbian-config and changed apt mirror to EU, reboot and since then, it worked fine.
