Orangepi Lite (32-bit) H3 - LUKS Encrypted Root - Anyone has success on latest buster stock image?

Hi, 

 

I followed the following link to create encrypted root. However, every time I boot,  i don't see any prompt for password. 

 My armbianEnv.txt is following", but nothing display at "Console" (HDMI) or "Serial" (debug 3 pins next to USB port).

Has anyone had any success? I did this for OrangePi Lite 2 (64-bit) H6 and no issue. Thanks
