How install linux-tools for USBIP

I tried linux-cloud-tools-sunxi, linux-tools-5.15.43-sunxi, linux-cloud-tools-5.15.43-sunxi BUT package not found.

 

Try switch on other kernel, from 5.15.43 to 5.10 - package not found.

 

How install or compile linux-tools for USBIP?
