nanoPi neo core Cannot find device "eth0"

Hi dear friends

I have some nanopi neo core pies

I downloaded the following operating system on them and installed it via SD card

                "h3_eflasher_friendlycore-xenial_4.14_armhf_20210618.img"

 

Some of them do not recognize the eth0 network interface after a few days of operation and give the following error when booting:

              [FAILED] Failed to start Raise network interfaces.

              See 'systemctl status networking.service' for details.

I checked the status of the networking service, which is as follows:

           Apr 02 02:52:00 NanoPi-M1-Plus systemd[1]: Starting Raise network interfaces...

           Apr 02 02:52:01 NanoPi-M1-Plus ifup[438]: Cannot find device "eth0"
           Apr 02 02:52:01 NanoPi-M1-Plus ifup[438]: Failed to bring up eth0.

 

But when I install the Armbian operating system, the desired network card is detected.

 

Can you tell where the problem is?

It's unlikely that anyone here will be able to help you with knowledge about a third party image.
Your best option would be to ask on the forum of the maintainer of that image.
