Good afternoon guys, can anyone help me unbrick my TV Box H96 RK3318 version Android 10?

 

So I'm trying to flash the firmware but every time I get the error: Prepare IDB Fail

 

Another thing, it is not necessary to short the pins to enter Maskrom mode as it enters this mode without doing anything. Strange isn't it? Can anyone help me, I really don't know what to do.

I have quite to no experience with windows tools, but if your box enters maskrom mode without pinning the eMMC clock pin to ground, then it is either empty or broken. If you didn't erase it, probably it is just broken, as often happens with tv boxes.

One question, do you believe the cable could generate this error?

I am using a usb 3.0 cable
Should it be a usb 2.0 cable?

@Brasil150 more than the cable, there are some reports that USB3 ports can give some issues; USB2 port with an USB2 cable is the recommended choice
