Jira reference number [AR-9999] How Has This Been Tested? [x] Orange Pi 5 Plus boots well. [x] Type-c and type-a ports work with OPI5+. [x] HW RNG and crypto tested. [x] VOP2 works but not really stable. [x] ES8388 audio should work, i have no speakers to test it.
