[Armbian build PR] - mvebu-edge: move to 6.6.y

Description

In the spirt of 6.6.y being an LTS kernel.... would be a nice win to get to it.

Minimal effort to bring mvebu-edge to 6.6.y. I'm testing on helios4. Included all non-failing patches from 6.2.

The following failing patches were removed:

• 12-net-dsa-mv88e6xxx.patch
• 412-ARM-dts-armada388-clearfog-emmc-on-clearfog-base.patch
• 91-01-libata-add-ledtrig-support.patch
• 94-helios4-dts-add-wake-on-lan-support.patch
• dts-disable-spi-flash-on-a388-microsom.patch
• use-1000BaseX-clearfog-switch.patch

Issue: PWM broken on fan-17. Fan-10 works.

I tried with and without the 92-mvebu-gpio-remove-hardcoded-timer-assignment.patch. Discussed in this thread. .

Otherwise all seemed good to me.
