Unable to update nor install sqlite3 on rk3228 nand legacy kernel tvbox

Good afternoon.

 

I was implementing an mqtt broker on my rk3228a tv box, and when i try to apt-get install sqlite3, i am greeted with this error:

I know i'm using legacy kernel, but is there no way to get the latest updates for this outdated version?

I'd really appreciate some insight into this. Thanks
