Set the video resolution on Cubieboard2 in NAND boot

I use Armbian_4.3_wheezy on SD video with 1280x720p resolution.

When I transfer to NAND, only with the resolution of 1028x1024p and can not adjust the resolution to 1280x720p. Already changed the script.bin file (via fex2bin), the uEnv.txt file (disp.screen0_output_mode = EDID: 1280x720p60) and not worked.

 

How can I change the resolution to 1280x720p?
