Add support for rk3399 based SBC Leez P710

Build noble desktop img with command: ./compile.sh build BOARD=leez-rk3399 BRANCH=edge BUILD_DESKTOP=yes BUILD_MINIMAL=no DESKTOP_APPGROUPS_SELECTED='browsers chat desktop_tools editors email internet multimedia office programming remote_desktop' DESKTOP_ENVIRONMENT=gnome DESKTOP_ENVIRONMENT_CONFIG_NAME=config_base DOWNLOAD_MIRROR=bfsu EXPERT=yes EXTRAWIFI=no KERNEL_CONFIGURE=no PREFER_DOCKER=no RELEASE=noble

Write the output img to tf card, inserd the card into the board, power up the board, the board can run into noble desktop.
