I just testet all available stable armbian images with radxa zero 3e. when i turn off the machine with shutdown -h 0 or poweroff the system shuts down successfully but the power of the dc dc is not turned off.

the 3.3V is still available. i dont know if its only a configuration mistake or a bug. normaly after a kernel shutdown, the driver for rk817 should send i2c package to reset the 817. after that you need a power cycle to recover and restart.

I just fixed this issue with own compile of the stable branch and linux edge branch of kernel:

git clone --depth=1 --branch=v24.08 https://github.com/armbian/build
./compile.sh BOARD=radxa-zero3 BRANCH=edge RELEASE=bookworm
