I followed the steps outlined in the instructions, and they worked very well for me with (10 ISPs) 4G dongles using PPP connections.

TV Box Model tested: MXQ Pro 4K, 5G (H3 Allwinner), ISO: Sunvell 69. I started with Debian 10 and later upgraded to Debian 11.  I also use a second USB 3.0 LAN card, as well as the dongles connected through a USB hub with an independent power supply.
