In case anyone wondering, AW859A / 20U5622 Wi-Fi modules (uwe5622 driver) do not support WPA3.

GCMP-128/GCMP-256 are not listed as supported in iw output, SAE or WPA-PSK-SHA256 wpa_supplicant key methods are not recognized as valid.
