GSM Module MC60

Hi all,

I am working with GSM Module MC60 from Quectel. I am facing a problem with AT commands of the module.

When i am trying to close the connection using AT+QICLOSE= server_index,the response i am getting is

+CME ERROR 0. The +CME ERROR 0 indicates phone failure error.

Can someone please explain what is this phone failure error in GSM modules and when it generally comes.

Also if there is a solution to rectify this.
