When trying to upgrade my system yesterday, on bookworm, i saw:

# apt full-upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done
Calculating upgrade... Done
The following packages have been kept back:
  libnvpair3linux libuutil3linux zfs-dkms zfsutils-linux
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 4 not upgraded.

See that zfsutils-linux depends on libc6 >= 2.38 :

# apt show zfsutils-linux
Package: zfsutils-linux
Version: 2.4.1-1
Priority: optional
Section: contrib/admin
Source: zfs-linux
Maintainer: Debian ZFS on Linux maintainers <pkg-zfsonlinux-devel@alioth-lists.debian.net>
Installed-Size: 2,415 kB
Provides: zfsutils
Depends: libnvpair3linux (= 2.4.1-1), libuutil3linux (= 2.4.1-1), libzfs7linux (= 2.4.1-1), libzpool7linux (= 2.4.1-1), python3, gawk, libblkid1 (>= 2.16), libc6 (>= 2.38), libssl3t64 (>= 3.0.0), libudev1 (>= 183), libuuid1 (>= 2.16)
Recommends: zfs-modules | zfs-dkms, zfs-zed
Suggests: nfs-kernel-server, samba-common-bin (>= 3.0.23), zfs-initramfs | zfs-dracut
Conflicts: zfs, zfs-fuse
Breaks: spl (<< 0.7.9-2), spl-dkms (<< 0.8.0~rc1), zfs-dkms (>> 2.4.1-1...), zfs-dkms (<< 2.4.1-1)
Replaces: spl (<< 0.7.9-2), spl-dkms
Homepage: https://zfsonlinux.org/
Download-Size: 580 kB
APT-Sources: http://apt.armbian.com bookworm/bookworm-utils arm64 Packages
Description: command-line tools to manage OpenZFS filesystems

But only 2.36 only is available on Bookworm: https://packages.debian.org/bookworm/libc6

What are we supposed to do ? it looks like a build issue on zfs packages.
