armbian-config + docker - upgrade container image.

Featured Replies

Hello everyone.

I am sorry if this is a silly question but I can't find a good answer.

I am running `Armbian 26.8.3 trixie` in a radxa e52.

I deployed AdGuard using `armbian-config`, as in `sudo armbian-config --cmd ADG001`, back in 2026/07

I was hoping to find a docker compose file at /armbian/adguardhome but there is none.

It looks like armbian-config does a docker run to start the container, without docker compose.

How I am expected to update the image and the container? Usually I just docker compose pull and then docker compose up -d,

but without it, I should docker stop <container id>, docker rm <container id>, and docker run it again, with the same options.

I have already docker pull adguard/adguardhome:latest which downloaded a new version, but I can't find a good way to update the container with the new image.

¿Is that expected?

¿Is there a place to get the same docker options used when starting the container?

¿Am I missing something?

Thank you in advance.
