webdav wirh apache2 strange delete bug

hi,

I've got a strange Bug with apache2 webdav. Everything works. Read Files, Write Files change Names But i cant delete Files. If i move the File into a Folder i can delete it with the Folder. But i cant delete the File it self.

Any Ideas what the Problem is. It cannot be the client i think because it works with other webdav folders.
