Orange Pi GPIO Library Diagnostic: Broken?

Out of curiosity, I installed the 'WiringOP' app so that I could view the 'gpio readall' output.  Here is what happens when I do so:

Is this 'glitch' in the output to be expected, for some reason, on my Orange Pi running Armbian?
