Stream Audio from usb card AudioIn?

i have an Orange Pi Zero.

I add a simple Soundcard with sound in to the USB.

I want to stream the sound comes from the AudioIn (usb) in to my local Wlan.

 

What do i need?

Is it possible with icecast2, darkice and Pulseaudio like in this Tutorial: https://michaelfranzl.com/2013/11/25/audio-streaming/

??

 

or there other ways?
