Kernel Panic on nfs rsync to server

Good morning 

 

I am using a tinkerboard S on Armbian Stretch. I would like to backup using rsync / rsnapshot to a remote nfs share. 

For the nfs server I tried an rpi3 on raspbian and on armbian omv4.

 

The setup works, but on the actual job, copying a few GB, I get a kernel panic on the Tinkerboard Client everytime. The same jobs works flawlessly to local attached usb storage on the Tinkerboard.
