H3 spdif-out has limitaion of up to 48khz?

I haven't solved the problem of spdif-out on mainline kernel. 

 

But, on legacy kernel 3.4.112, spdif-out works. but, has a limitation upt 48khz? doesn't work of 88khz, 96khz, 176khz on my Nanopi Neo Air 1.0.

Is it correct to have a limitation.
