DEADBEEF
Hello everyone, I wanna build a working android image for the orange pi lite 2. I'm using the sdk orange pi provides for the lite 2 in there download section. (http://www.orangepi.org/downloadresources/OrangePi%20Lite2/2018-01-11/745c41cc4f26ba6afefb8ed9379885c0.html). Following the manual (http://www.orangepi.org/downloadresources/OrangePi%20Lite2/2018-11-23/3d160d7a6fdc70309a05e0ba2947baf8.html) I was able to build a bare metal image for H6 Boards which is working quite well. But the wifi is not working. Now I want to make wifi work and need some help from you guys. How can I add the driver to android and make it showing wifi networks in settings app? I found out that the used wifi module is the AP6255 with a Broadcom driver named brcmfmac (https://wikidevi.com/wiki/AMPAK_AP6255) and tried activating it in the kernel config file like mentioned here (https://wireless.wiki.kernel.org/en/users/Drivers/brcm80211#get_the_code) it builds, but I think android also needs modifications., because no wifi activity is showing. Please share me your knowledge of adding wifi to android Hope someone can help me out. Thank you. Edited March 9, 2019 by DEADBEEF
