FFmpeg 2.8.6 with cedrus264 can be found for testing here: https://github.com/avafinger/ffmpeg_cedrus264_A64 It was tested on Pine64+ (1GB) and OV5640. Output: VDPAU SUNXI] VE version 0x1689 opened.
