Flashing may succeeds but if you don't have serial output at all, this means that the image you flashing is not compatible with your device. FYI: There is a version of TRANSPEED 6k (with H616) you can test 3 different firmware. you can find it here : https://repairalltv.com/transpeed-6k-tv-box-android-10-0-firmware-download-allwinner-h616/ Always Check if you have serial output.

That overlay did import fine for me, but still no luck, so currently im using older build whit older kernel (Armbian_24.5.3_Rockpi-e_bookworm_current_6.6.36_minimal) that works whit frozen updates.

Ok, I understand. But that build I run before is Armbian, so it should not be a problem, should it?

@Wizzard Notice it says "run" not "installed on emmc". Running from SD card is running it. If you have run another non-Armbian build (which you have from the SD card) then you need to reinstall android firmware to run Armbian. That isn't a guarantee that Armbian will work, but is a necessary place to start from.

@Dominik Wójt My apologies for bumping this thread with an essentially useless post but I figure I might as well ask as a last resort, could you please upload a pre-compiled image? I've tried on multiple PC's with multiple distros and have ran into different errors on each setup. If not a pre-compiled binary do you perhaps have another way I could get in contact with you to ask some questions? Like I said I really hate to be a bother but I'm amazed by the fact that your comment isn't even 2 weeks old when I've owned this 'MXQ' branded box for close to a decade now lol, just would really love to see some newer software running on it but info and resources for all of this is all over the place if not scarce.
