  1. Building the image was surprisingly simple and my first impression is that it works just fine. Thank you all so much! I uploaded the image Armbian_5.74_Bananapim2ultra_Debian_stretch_dev_4.20.6 here, in case anyone would need it: http://www.share-online.biz/dl/YQ026FMP1LO (I hope this link is allowed; sorry, if not).
  2. Sounds promising. Is 4.20 stable enough to give it a try? Where can I get it?
  3. Thanks for moving the thread. I tried the old nightly Armbian_5.59.180823_Bananapim2ultra_Debian_stretch_dev_4.18.4 and HDMI works fine there. Wifi is still jammed, though. Are any bugs known that might cause Wifi jamming?
  4. Dang, so I can't hope to get any help Thanks anyway!
  5. No matter which image I take (stretch/bionic; Bananapim2/Bananapim2ultra; 5.38/5.69) my Banana Pi M2 Berry with it's Allwinner V40 won't boot correctly. The attached screen stays off and the LED keeps shining red. I used Etcher 1.4.9 portable to copy the image to an 16 GB MicroSD. It's worth mentioning that the Pi and the MicroSD work just fine if I'm running it with another distro, like the 2018-05-24-raspbian-jessie-preview-bpi-m2u-sd-emmc.img from the official website. If I'm using the image Armbian_5.69_Bananapim2ultra_Debian_stretch_next_4.19.13, then I'm able to access the Pi via ssh. Yet, the screen won't work at all. As an interesting side effect, the Wifi of my notebook can't connect whenever I start my Pi with that image.. I guess the Wifi module of the Pi might jam the radio somehow. The armbianmonitor output comes from this image. The image Armbian_5.69_Bananapim2_Debian_stretch_next_4.19.13 doesn't seem to do anything at all. It should actually work better, because the M2 Ultra has another SoC than the M2 berry. What could I do to run it finely? Is the M2 Berry not supported yet?
