  1. Hi, I noticed today that I'm getting those ARISC Errors again. I'm running the 5.05 server version which I ran apt-get upgrade on. I got the same when I tested out the new 5.10 image aswell. (Upgrading to 5.10 3.4.112 or using the new image wont let me compile the 'make scripts' either) [ 1424.305736] [ARISC ERROR] :message process error [ 1424.305763] [ARISC ERROR] :message addr : f004b840 [ 1424.305778] [ARISC ERROR] :message state : 5 [ 1424.305792] [ARISC ERROR] :message attr : 2 [ 1424.305805] [ARISC ERROR] :message type : 30 [ 1424.305818] [ARISC ERROR] :message result : ff [ 1424.305831] [ARISC WARING] :callback not install [ 1424.305849] [cpu_freq] ERR:set cpu frequency to 648MHz failed! Is this something I can fix myself or does it need to be done when compiling the Kernel?? Thanks Jungle
  2. Hi guys, I've been tring to get an IR LED to work with LIRC for a while now but just cant get it to work. I'm a bit of a noob with linux, so bear with me.... (using 5.05 desktop image) I have been able to get a receiver working thanks to the stickied tutorial. Although only when running lircd manually with driver and device options, I've setup hardware.conf but i think the /etc/init.d/lirc script overrides that. Anyway its the sending using gpio that i need and the closest i've come is with the LIRC GPIO kernel module from here. As it compiles, loads and shows that the gpio pin has been allocated using: cat /sys/kernel/debug/gpio GPIOs 0-383, platform/sunxi-pinctrl, sunxi-pinctrl: gpio-15 (red_led ) out hi gpio-16 (? ) out lo gpio-18 (gpio_remoteIRQ ) out lo gpio-354 (? ) out hi gpio-362 (green_led ) out lo And when I run lircd manually with the new /dev/lirc1 device i can run irsend commands (no error saying it doesn't support it) but it's not activating the led (have tested with ir and white leds) any ideas?? Thanks Jungle
