I need to connect an HDMI or DVI monitor (with adapter HDMI to DVI) to an Orange Pi (PC Plus or Plus 2) while the Orange Pi is already running but all I get is a pink screen. How can I configure Armbian to be able to hot plug a monitor? If the monitor is already plugged when powering the Orange Pi there is no problem.
