You have linked a thread I've read before I even posted this message. However, you ask "did u read the threads" (plural). Did you mean to link any others? There are three threads on this topic that are most relevant, including your own, but they don't help with my issue.

Hello, I've found a few logrotate bug reports in search, but they are not related to a "HDD" install. I have two armbian systems on different boards set up and installed on SD cards. Both systems have the email facilities set up, which is why I found out about this.
