  4. Looks promising! My scenario doesn't look exactly like znoxx's. Mine idles at around 45-50 degrees. I have heatsinks attached and the case is the one sold on aliexpress with the removable top removed. It has bad airflow design but I'm not running it in a sealed box or anything. It's set up to use SPI to boot from an ssd. The uboot version in SPI is from "/usr/lib/linux-u-boot-next-orangepipc2_5.75_arm64" (using instructions from here) Hardware log is here: http://ix.io/1FUF And here's a test with the fan disconnected (I stopped the test at 80 degrees because I'm not at home at the moment and I don't want it to become unresponsive.):
  5. It didn't happen to me on the previous image I was running (ARMBIAN 5.32.170803 nightly Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS 4.11.10-sun50iw2) When I have some time, I'll put an older version on an sd card and prove it with data. Can anyone else identify the version they noticed the change in behavior?
  6. I'm having the same issue as well. I had to stick a small fan on the case for now. Under load, the frequency never drops below 1104MHz. Does trip point 0 trigger a particular frequency (1104)? Should there be more trip points or is the throttling handled by another mechanism?
