after this commit(Move sunxi/64 current to 5.7, legacy to 5.4), bbr was disabled again.

According to Amlogic's wiki (http://www.linux-meson.com/doku.php#u-boot_mainlining_progress), u-boot 2019.04 has finally fixed VIM2 USB support. Is that means we can use u-boot 2019 run external system from USB?
