Nope, none of the LED (1,2,3,4,5etc) gave any signal. Yes, the Power adapter light is ON. I'll buy one on my way home from work and post back later.

Hi, I've got my Helios4 yesterday. After assembly I plugged in the power - a flash of green light appeared inside the case, the fans started(minimal rotating/spinning) then everything stopped. Tried serveral times to disconnect / connect the power cabel without any sign of life on the board (no lights from LEDs). Have I accidentally toasted the board?
