I did some more looking also and it seems that this is only affecting the v1.5 boards that I have the 1.4 are fine they are all LTS so seems something has changed in the manufacturing I guess

same for me :-( 5.3.9 5.4.6-sunxi 4.19.X But the weird thing is I have another also labeled 1.4 and it works fine on the 4.19.62
