Look, this actually is the poblem itself. If someone wants to build up something he needs a working basic solution. No LXDE, KDE, gnome ,KODI or whatever... All those implementations usually just require on single apt install <list of packages> -y command an within a few minutes it is done. (as long as the basics is intact)
