    Great work! I could do Step 1 and 2 and I could create a new user and it seems everything is working well. Now after rebooting the system nothing happens. Screen is black, no boot messages. Well, I'm not an expert and therefore I need some help. For me it looks like that a bootloader is missing or something else.
