Very reasonable that you are not the ones that are willing (or have resources) to specifically solve problems that occur for each individual systems. I just noticed that image from OrangePi themselves has the same issue. Unfortunately my knowledge on debugging hardware issues is limited but please let me know if I can be of any assistance to test and send back logs.
I have been using Armbian for many years and consider it one of the finest pieces of software developed.
Ps. I tried the nightly build but it unfortunately did not fix the problem, in the meantime I will be using a USB WIFI dongle as replacement.
