  1. Now I'm questioning if it worked at all... Open GL still shows LLVMPipe as the renderer and not the Mali GPU. It's confusing because I definitely see the CPU usage decline when running Chromium. Previously it ran 40-50% and now it runs 20-30% with better frame rates. It definitely looks like the GPU is doing something.
  2. Thank you! Will absolutely be donating! I followed these steps: installed the Mali Midgard drivers for the 3399 installed gcc g++ libpng-dev libjpeg-dev pkg-config libx11-dev libdrm-dev libgbm-dev libgbm1 libudev-dev mesa-utils xlibmesa xserver-xorg Installed the armbian-media git using the instructions in the readme (you have a typo for the directory of gl4es/arm64) Launched Chromium with the flags in your config file Chrome://gpu reports: Graphics Feature Status Canvas: Hardware accelerated Compositing: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled Multiple Raster Threads: Force enabled Out-of-process Rasterization: Disabled OpenGL: Enabled Rasterization: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled Skia Renderer: Enabled Video Decode: Software only. Hardware acceleration disabled Vulkan: Disabled WebGL: Hardware accelerated but at reduced performance WebGL2: Hardware accelerated but at reduced performance Any ideas how to accelerate the other GPU items: Compositing, WebGL and WebGL2?
  3. How can I go about adapting this code for Balena OS or stock Debian on the Rock Pi 4B? I'm looking only to activate hardware acceleration in Chromium.
  4. @JMCC I'm trying to recreate some of this setup for the Rock Pi 4B running Balena OS (based on Debian Buster) and not getting very far. All I need is for Chromium to recognize the GPU for acceleration. I downloaded the .deb files and tried them, but I killed the OS. I'm willing to hire you to do it. Or anyone else if they understand what to do.
